Made from quality Chinese plums, ginger and chili. Perfect for stir-frying and dipping. An excellent dip for a variety of meats including roasted duck, egg rolls, and other appetizers.

Ingredients:

Sugar, salted plums (plums, salt), water, rice vinegar (water, rice, sugar) modified corn starch, acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), ginger, chili peppers, stabilizer (xanthan gum). Contains wheat (gluten), soybeans.
