Stir-Fried Japanese Noodles With Fine Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients

Japanese fresh noodles/Udon noodles 400 g [2 packets]
Minced pork 120 g
Cabbage 120 g [shredded]
Chili 1 pc [Red, shredded]
Shredded green onion & sliced Chinese fritter of twisted dough [topping]


Marinade

Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Shrimp Sauce (Finely Ground) 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp


Directions
  1. Saute red chili in 2 tbsp oil. Add minced pork, cabbage and stir-fry until done.
  2. Stir in Japanese fresh noodles, seasoning mix and heat through. Sprinkle with shredded green onion and sliced Chinese fritter.
