Ingredients

Angled luffa 2 onza [julienne ]
apio 4 onza [sliced into thin bias ]
yellow squash 4 onzasliced
shitake mushrooms 4 onzaremoved ends, sliced
pork tenderloin 8 onzacut into thin strips
Espagueti 8 onza [cooked according to direction ]
hot water 2 onza
cooking oil 3 cucharadas
green onion 3 stalks [chopped ]


Marinade

Premium Dark Soy Sauce 6 cucharadas
Fine Chili Sauce 1 cucharadas
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 cucharadas


Produce
1. Heat oil in pan on high heat. Place pork in pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
2. Stir in vegetables, Lee Kum KeeTM Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce and Lee Kum KeeTM Premium Soy Sauce. Mix well and cook mixture for an additional 3 minutes.
3. Add spaghetti and 2 oz. hot water. Toss mixture and cook until heated through.
