Stir-fried Meat Dices with Cashew Nuts

Pork 150 g [diced]
Chicken fillet 150 g [or pork liver, diced]
Cashews 90 g [fried]


Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp

  1. Marinate pork with 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster  Sauce.
  2. Marinate liver/chicken with another tbsp of Premium Oyster Sauce.
  3. Stir-fry pork in 2 tbsp oil until half done. Add liver/chicken and stir-fry until both are done.
  4. Pour in thickening and heat through.
  5. Add cashew nuts and stir well.
