Abalone With Assorted Vegetables

Ingredients

water 0.5 cup
button mushrooms 10 space [, halved]
chinese black mushrooms 10 space [fresh, halved]
portobello mushrooms 0.3 ounce
cornstarch 1 teaspoon
abalone 7 ounce [Vegetarian, sliced]
Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce 3 Tablespoon


Directions
  1. Soak portebello mushrooms in water until soft. Drain and pick into small pieces.
  2. Stir-fry all the ingredients in vegetable oil until fragrant. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-fry Sauce, cornstarch, and water and cook through.
