Stuffed Abalone with Shark Fin

Abalone 120 g [canned, 12 slices]
Mashed shrimp meat 200 g
Pre-cooked shark's fin 15 g
Jinhua ham 8 g [shredded]
Cooked green vegetables [for serving]


Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Pepper to taste
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 tbsp
Water 125 ml
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix mashed shrimp meat with marinade and divide into 12 portions.
  2. Roll the abalone into cone shape and stuff inside with mashed shrimp meat. Put a little cooked shark's fin and Jinhua ham on shrimp meat.
  3. Arrange stuffed abalone on a serving plate. Steam over high heat for about 6 minutes or until done. Drain away excess liquid. Arrange cooked vegetables on the serving plate.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over stuffed abalone and serve hot.
