Minced chicken 200 g
Jumbo Shell Pasta 120 gabout 14 pcs
Courgette 90 g [or Zucchini, finely diced]
Black Olives 25 gpitted, finely diced
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [finely diced]


PANDA BRAND™ Oyster Flavored Sauce 3 tbsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Chopped Oregano 1/2 tsp

  1. Cook jumbo shell pasta in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender.  Drain.
  2. Stir-fry minced chicken meat in 2 tbsp olive oil until done.  Add courgette, black olive, bell pepper and sauce mix.  Stir well until heated through.
  3. Stuff jumbo shell pasta with chicken meat and serve as a snack.
