Stuffed Squid In Coconut Curry Sauce

squid 12 ounce
carrots 1 ounce [, shredded]
water 4 Tablespoon
coconut milk 0.33 cup
bell peppers 1 piece [, shredded]
cornstarch 1 teaspoon
celery 1 ounce [, shredded]
Coconut Flavored Curry Sauce (Portuguese Sauce) 1.5 Tablespoon

  1. Divide all vegetables into 6 portions. Stuff squids with mixed vegetables and secure ends with toothpicks. Make 3 light slashes on both sides of squid.
  2. Pan-fry squids in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Stir in sauce mix (coconut flavored curry sauce, coconut milk, water and corn starch).
  3. Cook for about 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
