Sweet N Sour Salmon Rolls

salmon 12 ounce [, fillet, cut into 20 pieces of about 3 x7 x 1.5cm]
spring roll wrappers 10 sheets [, (each 14 x 16cm, cut half into 7 x 16cm pieces)]
Premium Soy Sauce 0.5 Tablespoon [, (marinade)]
Sweet N Sour Sauce 0.5 space [bottle, for serving]

  1. Mix salmon fillet with marinade.
  2. Wrap salmon with spring roll wrappers. Bake at 220C/425F hot oven for about 10 minutes until crisp. serve with Lee Kum kee Sweet 'N Sour Sauce. Makes 20 rolls.
