Assorted mushrooms 170 ghalved
Sliced Carrot and Green Peas 25 g
Ginger (s) 2 small slices


Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
Water 150 ml
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp

  1. Saute ginger in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add assorted mushrooms and stir-fry for a short while.
  2. Stir in carrot, green peas and sauce mix.  Cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
