Spare rib (s) 450 g [cut into pieces]
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Green onion(s) [shredded, for garnish]
Chili [Red, shredded, for garnish]


Black Bean Garlic Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

  1. Dust spare ribs with corn starch then coat with oil.
  2. Mix spare ribs with marinade.
  3. Steam spare ribs for 15 minutes or until cooked.  Garnish with green onion and red chili.
