Ingredients

Oil 2 cucharadas [, vegetable ]
hongos de botón / champiñones 1/4 taza [, sliced]
setas Enoki 1/4 taza [, sliced]
Frais de champiñones shiitake (s) 1/4 taza [, sliced]
patas de pollo 2 taza [, cut into strips]
ajo 2 cloves [, chopped ]
cebollas verdes 2 stalks [, chopped ]


Marinade

water 2 cucharadas
PANDA BRAND™ Premium Soy Sauce 4 cucharadas
Corn starch 1/2 cucharadita


Produce
1. Marinate chicken with 4 tbsp Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce for 30 minutes.
2. Sautee garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
