How to make it

  1. Heat oven to 200°C and fit a half sheet tray with a baking/cooling rack.
  2. Skewer each chicken tender with a cherry tomato at the top and bottom. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap each skewer with a slice of bacon and place on the prepared sheet pan.
  3. Combine Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, lemon juice, sugar, and oil in a small bowl. Brush each skewer until completely coated. Add sprigs of thyme to the top of the skewers.
  4. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is deep brown and chicken is cooked all the way through.
