Slice pork ribs in long strips. Marinate in Premium Soy Sauce for 15 minutes.

Deep-fry until golden. Remove, drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in pan, sauté ginger, green onion, and garlic until fragrant. Add Spare Rib Sauce and ketchup, drizzle with cooking wine, then add water. Lay ribs in pan and add all remaining ingredients.

Cook over high heat until boiled. Lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes until ribs are softened. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water. Stir in cornstarch mixture and continue to cook until sauce is thickened.
