Heat the pinto beans in a pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Place into a bowl and then stir in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce.
Heat the powdered beef in a pot on low for 10 minutes and then cover to stay hot.
Grill the chorizo in a pan for 10 minutes until cooked through and crispy. Do the same with the pork belly.
Fry the egg sunny side up for 3-5 minutes.
Build the plate by adding the cooked white rice, powdered beef, chorizo sausage, pinto beans, fried plantains, pork belly, avocado, hogao and lime. Serve right away while hot.
