How to make it

In a medium saucepot, sauté onions, ground beef and sugar with oil until for 3-5 minutes or until browned.
Add in vegetables, rice and sauces. Sauté for another 5-8 minutes. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Place lid on top of pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until rice is cooked through.
