How to make it
Heat butter in dutch oven over medium high heat, then add onions, bell pepper, minced ginger and chile cooking until golden.
Add turmeric powder, curry powder and salt, giving it a mix then adding 2 Tbsp. of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, rice, canned tomatoes and chicken stock.
Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook ground chicken in a skillet. Once browned, add lime juice and remaining Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Add in the cilantro leaves and stems until wilted.
Serve rice stew with ground chicken on top, garnish with chopped peanuts.
