Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces and place into a pot with water and a little salt. Bring water to a boil and boil potatoes for 20 minutes until soft. Then drain and let cool before assembling the salad. While the potatoes are boiling, chop up the onion and celery.
Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce Premium together and then fold into the potatoes. Finish with salt and pepper and garnish the top with chopped chives.
