How to make it
Mix the sauce ingredients into a bowl. Add oxtail and mix. 
Sear oxtail in vegetable oil until cooked through about 3 minutes per side, remove and set aside. Add carrots, garlic, celery, onion and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add broth, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, broad beans, butter and bring up to a boil then add oxtail and bring down to a simmer. 
Cover and let cook for about 3 hours, until oxtail is tender and easily falls apart. 
Serve over a bed of your favorite rice and enjoy.
