Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a dutch oven or large pot with olive oil.
Add the beef and brown on all sides, then add in the sausage and do the same.
Add in the sofrito, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, cumin, paprika and oregano and mix a minute, then add in the chopped onion and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the water, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and a beef bouillon cube and bring to a boil, then turn to low and let cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cut up the potatoes and the yucca, then add that into the pot as well as the corn cob pieces and simmer for another 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the broth has thickened. Serve with a piece of cilantro.
