How to make it

Cut the tails off the cooked shrimp and then cut into small pieces. Place in a mixing bowl and add the lime juice, chopped tomatoes, diced onions, chopped jalapeno, cilantro and toss well. Cover and place in the fridge for an hour to chill.

When ready to serve, add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and the chopped avocados, salt and pepper and then toss again.

Spoon the ceviche onto the tostada shells and serve right away while fresh. For a healthier alternative use butter lettuce leaves in place of tostadas.
