Place the tilapia fillets onto a greased baking tray. Squeeze ½ the lime over the fish and then season with salt and pepper.
Bake tilapia for 12-15 minutes until opaque and flakey then take out and set aside.
Place some pieces of fish down onto the grilled or warmed tortillas.
Add a few pieces of avocado, shredded cabbage and a squeeze of lime. Top the fish taco off with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Garnish tacos with cilantro and serve. Optional, serve on a bed of rice instead of a tortilla.
