Beef Chow Mein
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 110 g carrot, shredded
- 60 g celery, thinly sliced
- 110 g shitake mushrooms, removed stem, sliced
- 230 g noodles, dried
- 110 g red bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 stalks green onions , chopped
- 230 g beef, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

How to make it
Soak dried noodles in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Stir fry beef with 3 Tbsp. oil for 5 minutes. Add-in the rest of the ingredients.
Cook chow mein for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
*Add Chili Garlic Sauce for a spicy kick to your dish.
