Add a spicy twist to your morning that's packed with flavor thanks to this breakfast bagel sandwich recipe. It takes all of the things you love about breakfast and piles them high onto an everything bagel, complete with Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Oil to add some complex heat.


The combination of cream cheese and scrambled eggs adds a tangy richness to the sandwich, while bacon, arugula, and cheese add different dimensions of flavor. This will be a breakfast sandwich you won't get tired of!

How to make it

  1. Toast the bagels in a toaster until golden.
  2. Heat butter and scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat, stirring gently until soft. Once nearly done, place cheddar cheese slices on top, cover the pan, and let melt for 30 seconds.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bagel, then add 2 bacon slices on top.
  4. Place the cheesy scrambled eggs over the bacon, then drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil before adding fresh arugula.
  5. Close with the top bagel halves and enjoy your Spicy Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches!
