How to make it

  1. First, cook the meat in a pressure cooker along with bay leaves, a clove of garlic, onion, and a bit of salt for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, allow to cool and chop or place in a food processor.
  2. Cut the onion, tomato, and garlic and fry. Then add the minced meat and then add salt and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce.
  3. Fry the tortillas in very hot oil without letting them brown completely. Then place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  4. Place the prepared meat mixture on the tortillas and finish frying in the hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and serve. Garnish with pickled cabbage, tomato sauce, and hard cheese.
