How to make it
Take the skirt steak out and let come to room temperature before grilling.
Rub steak with olive oil then season well with sea salt. Let that marinade overnight for best results.
Using a food processor, make the chimichurri sauce by adding all the listed ingredients, saving the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce to mix in later. Pulse that all up until blended. Place in a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat grill to high heat. Grill the steaks without touching for 3-4 minutes then flip over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Take out the chimichurri sauce and fold in the Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce to add a pop of flavor.
Remove steak and let rest for 5-7 minutes and then slice against the grain and place onto a serving dish. Top off with the fresh chimichurri sauce and serve right away.
