In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the jerk seasoning and form into patties.
Make the Jamaican sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl, then place in fridge until ready to use.
Grill the burgers for 3-5 minutes per side or until your desired doneness. Take burgers off the grill. Cut the pineapple into thick slices and place 2 on the grill for 1 minute per side to get nice grill marks.
Build the burgers by placing lettuce down on the bun, then the burger patty, then the grilled pineapple slice, and top off with the Jamaican sauce. Serve right away.
