How to make it
Heat oil in wok or fry pan at high heat.
Add beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until still slightly pink.
Add Lee Kum Kee Peruvian Style Sauce for Beef Tenderloin.
Continue to cook and stir for 30 seconds . Add onion and continue to cook and stir for 30 seconds (optional add chili, bell pepper).
Cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add tomato and continue to cook and stir for 30 seconds (optional: sprinkle cilantro on top) .
Serve with french fries and white rice.
