How to make it
In a mixing bowl, add the melted butter, white sugar, brown sugar and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Then add in the eggs, and the vanilla extract and mix.
Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, black and white sesame seeds and mix. Fold in the chocolate chips and then add Lee Kum Kee Sodium Reduced Soy Sauce. Give a final mix and then cover bowl with plastic wrap and let chill in the fridge for an hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out balls of dough onto the sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Place into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until nice and golden brown. Take out and sprinkle with a little flaky salt before serving.
