How to make it
In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, cornstarch and beef (oyster sauce mixture). Mix well.
Heat oil in a medium-sized pan. Stir-fry beef for 5 minutes.
Stir in asparagus with oyster sauce mixture.
Cook beef mixture for an additional 2 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
