Preheat the oven to 190°C. Add all the marinade ingredients to the chicken thighs in a bowl or plastic bag and mix them together well.
In a large cast iron or oven ready skillet, add the olive oil, and add the chicken on medium high heat and brown with the skin side down for 3-5 minutes. Flip the chicken over so the skin side is up.
Add the remaining marinade and bake in the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes, uncovered in the oven safe pan.
Tip: Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce on the Chicken as desired.
