How to make it

  1. 白蘿蔔,紅蘿蔔,萵筍用湯料煮熟,撈起放入

  2. 燒熱水把珊瑚蚌灼熟瀝水備用,再燒熱油鑊把珊瑚蚌加調味料炒匀,放在蘿蔔上

  3. 再把湯料燒滾,加入芋絲煮1分鐘,倒入碗中即可。
