How to make it

  1. 將椰菜花切成4份,將花的部份切碎或以刨絲器刨碎。

  2. 中火燒熱油,加入煙肉爆香,再加入洋蔥、蒜蓉、薑蓉炒香。

  3. 倒入椰菜花碎,調味料及清水炒5分鐘。

  4. 加入鳳梨、腰果、蕃茄及九層塔輕炒2分鐘,擺盤即可。
